Paige Spiranac, an American golf instructor and social media personality with over 4 million Instagram followers,[1][2] posted a video on Instagram providing swing advice for women with larger breasts to help prevent injury.
The video, captioned "How to swing with some great cans," begins with Spiranac saying, "I’m here to help you."[1] She recommends two steps: standing farther from the ball for more space and tucking the right arm while laying the left arm on top of the breast.[1]
After demonstrating a swing from the tee, Spiranac adds, "Bombs away?!"[1] The clip amassed more than 2.6 million views within under 24 hours of posting.[1][3]
Spiranac, born in 1993, played college golf at San Diego State University and briefly pursued a professional career before focusing on content creation.[2] She has recently increased her social media activity following a hiatus.
In February 2024, Spiranac shared on Instagram Stories that she had been in a prolonged "funk," overthinking content and dealing with anxiety, which reduced her posting frequency.[1][4] She aims to return to more regular, fun-focused golf content.
Spiranac also referenced a long-time commenter who consistently leaves "great cans" remarks, noting it provides levity amid negativity.[1]
